CANCELLATION
All Clients: We require a card on file. In an event that you need to cancel, our policy is as follows:

No show = 100% charge
Less than 24 hours/same day = 75% charge
24 hour cancellation = 50% charge
48 hour cancellation = 25% charge

As your stylist, our goal is to always provide 100% satisfaction. If satisfaction is not met please reach out to your stylist within 48 hours. Refunds will not be provided on services or opened products.
WORK FROM SALON
We’re grateful for the work-from-home flexibility and are happy to accommodate this in the salon.
If you need to take calls, please bring headphones to respect other guests. Thank you!
SICK
We understand how much you're looking forward to your appointment, and we share that excitement! However, we kindly ask that you avoid coming in if you're feeling unwell, even with a minor sniffle. Our priority is the health and safety of our team, and their families, and all of our clients. Rest assured, we're committed to rescheduling your appointment as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
KIDS & PETS
While we absolutely love children and pets, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing them to your appointment. We want to maintain a calm, quiet and relaxing environment for all of our guests.
